Account Details

Account → Account Details is where you manage the account itself: your sign-in email, your password, and your plan and billing.

Contact​

  • Contact Email — the address you sign in with, and the one we use for important account messages. To change it, contact support.
  • Reset your Password — sends a password-reset link to your contact email.

Plan​

The page shows your current plan ("You're on the {plan} plan") with a usage summary:

  • 1 user on this plan — £{amount}
  • 1 park managed on this plan
  • 50 MB of file storage used
  • the total for the current billing period

Press Manage your Plan to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • update your card details
  • download invoices
  • change or cancel your subscription
  • see upcoming payments

Where everything else lives​

The Account hub is also the doorway to the rest of your configuration:
