Plans
BookingFlow is priced per user, per month, with every plan running the same core booking engine. The plans differ in how much of the wider platform is switched on.
Choosing a plan
You pick a plan when signing up (with a free month to start), and you can change it at any time from Account Details → Manage your Plan (the Stripe billing portal). Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Current pricing is shown on the BookingFlow website — the signup page always shows the live tiers ("Basic" and "Premium", plus an Enterprise option to talk to us for 50+ unit parks).

Premium and Plus parks get a hands-on onboarding (including help importing your data and setting up integrations). Minimal is self-serve from signup to first booking.
Billing
- Billing runs through Stripe — card payments, invoices and the self-service billing portal (Manage your Plan)
- A promotion code entered at signup (or payment setup) can discount or cover your subscription
- Need to stop? Cancel subscription in the billing portal — your data is held for four weeks, in case you come back
Changing plans mid-cycle
Everything is instant: switching to a plan with more features switches those features on right away. Switching down keeps them until the period ends, so nothing disappears mid-month.
