Documents
The Documents page is your park's filing cabinet — a Google Drive folder browsable, uploadable and manageable without leaving BookingFlow. Use it for anything you'd otherwise email yourself: insurance certificates, planning documents, staff forms, and (importantly) the licence agreement template used to generate owner agreements.
Connecting Google Drive
The first visit shows Connect Google Drive:
"Store and manage your documents securely with Google Drive. Connect your account to upload, organise, and access files directly from BookingFlow."
Press the button, complete Google's consent, and you're back in your document library.
Choosing your folder
The toolbar shows your current Drive folder — the default is BookingFlow. Press it to open Choose a folder and pick any folder in your Drive (with breadcrumbs starting at My Drive). Everything you upload and generate — including licence agreements — files under this folder.
"Additional permissions are required to browse folders. Please reconnect Google Drive." means the folder picker needs a re-authorisation — press Reconnect in the dialog.
Working with documents
The table shows each file's Name, Uploaded by, Date and Size, with icons for images, PDFs, spreadsheets and documents.
- Upload — the Upload button, or drag files anywhere onto the page ("Drop file to upload")
- Open in Google Drive — the icon on a row opens the file at Drive, for sharing or editing
- Delete — with a confirmation ("This will remove it from Google Drive permanently"), because it really does
- Folders — click folder rows to browse in; breadcrumbs to come back out
What lives here
- Licence agreement PDF template — the template whose Drive file ID goes into Licence Settings; generated owner agreements are also saved back into this Drive.
- Generated agreements —
{type} - Pitch {n} - {names} - {year}.pdffiles created by the Owners page. - Anything else worth keeping — it's your Drive; BookingFlow just gets you there faster.
Deleting a document here deletes it from Drive permanently — there's no recycle-bin round trip inside BookingFlow. If in doubt, open it in Drive first.
