Bookings
The Bookings page is a powerful, server-backed table of every booking in the park — the place to find that guest, see every booking matching a pattern, and act in bulk.
Reading the table
Each row is a booking. The columns that matter day-to-day:

| Pitch | The assigned pitch from the Pitch Map |
| Contact columns | Last name, email, telephone, created date, booking ID |
Rows are sorted by arrival date by default; click any column header to sort by it. Choose which columns you care about with the Columns button (your choice is remembered per user). Stale holds hide themselves automatically; use Show Cancelled Bookings to include cancelled bookings (shown struck through).
Finding bookings
- Search — type in "Search bookings…" to match guest names as you type.
- Sort — click any column header.
- Filter — press Filters and build any combination: string columns support equals / does not equal / starts with / contains; date columns support before / after / on or after / on or before; there are also numeric and boolean operators (for example Cancelled is true/false).
Quick filters
One-click chips above the table:
- Arrivals Today — everyone arriving today
- Departures Today — everyone leaving today
- Your own saved filters (see below)
Click a chip to toggle it on and off. You can also share or bookmark links
with a filter pre-applied — the Dashboard's View all buttons use this, for
example /bookings?quickFilter=arrivals-today.
Saving your own quick filter
- Set up the filter you want with the Filters button.
- Click the ＋ next to the quick filter chips ("Save current filter as quick filter").
- Name it (for example "Camping arrivals") and Save.
Your chip now appears alongside the built-ins; delete it with the × on the chip.
Acting on a booking
Open the ⋮ menu at the end of a row (or click through from the Calendar or Dashboard):
- Edit — opens the Edit Booking drawer
- Check In / Undo Check-in
- Check Out / Early Checkout — see Check-in and check-out
Check In on a booking without a pitch opens the Pitch Map in check-in mode so you can assign a pitch first — check-in completes the moment you drop the guest on a pitch.
Bulk actions and export
- Tick multiple rows and press Delete Selected to cancel them — you'll confirm once, and every night the bookings held is returned to your available allocation.
- Press Export to download the current view as a CSV (useful for accountants, mail merges and spreadsheets).
