Tasks
The Tasks page is a shared to-do list for running the park — cleaning turnarounds, maintenance jobs, ordering stock. It's powered by Asana: connect once, and tasks live in both places, so the office and anyone working from Asana stay in step.
Connecting Asana
If you haven't connected yet, the page shows "Connect your Asana account to manage tasks here." with a Set Up Asana Integration button — see Asana for the one-time setup. Once linked, choose the project you want to work from and press Sync to pull its tasks in.
Working with tasks
- Sync — pull the latest tasks from Asana ("Tasks synced successfully!"). After the first sync, tasks update live on their own.
- Add Task — create a task without leaving BookingFlow: give it a Task Name (required), optional Notes, a Due Date, an Assignee (type an Asana user's email or name) and a Section (or None). Press Create Task — it appears in Asana too.
- Complete a task — tick its checkbox. Untick to reopen. Changes sync to Asana.
- Open in Asana — click a task's name to jump straight to it in Asana.
Each task row shows its assignee, due date and section; completed tasks are struck through.
Organising the list
- Filter by Section — focus on one part of the operation (for example "Housekeeping").
- Show Completed / Hide Completed — keep the list to what's outstanding.
- The counter at the top tells you how many tasks you're looking at.
When to use Tasks
- Turnarounds — a section per changeover day, with a task per pitch
- Maintenance — anything broken, with an assignee and due date
- Seasonal jobs — opening, closing, and inspections
Anything you'd otherwise keep in your head or on a whiteboard belongs here — and because it's Asana underneath, you can invite staff to the same project and share the load.
