Availability

Availability is derived, not stored: the search engine combines the rate sheet (rates), each night's remaining inventory, and active holds — the same engine the guest portal uses. This is the API's quote endpoint.

  • quotes — one entry per candidate date window. With flex=0 the only window is the exact requested stay; with flex>0 each shifted window is quoted so you can offer alternatives.
  • recommended — the best available alternative window when the exact dates are unavailable (present when flex>0).
  • cheapest_total — cheapest available total across all windows (minor units).
  • message — human-readable unavailability reason when available is false (out of season, min/max-night rules, or holds).

Pricing includes additional-guest charges: the accommodation's included_individuals stay free; extra adults/children/infants and pets are priced from the rate sheet. To book, pass the same window to POST /v1/bookings.
