Finding Your Way Around

BookingFlow is a single web app. Sign in at app.bookingflow.app — everything lives in the sidebar on the left, and the page you're on fills the rest of the screen.

The sidebar

The sidebar groups your work into pages:

  • Dashboard — today at a glance
  • Calendar — your bookings on a month/week/day grid
  • Bookings — the searchable list of every booking
  • Allocation — pricing and availability (the Allocation & Pricing page)
  • Map — the visual pitch map of your park
  • Meter Readings — electricity readings and invoicing
  • Communications — your guest email inbox
  • Documents — your park's Google Drive document store
  • Tasks — Asana task management
  • Reviews — guest reviews from Google, Pitchup and Airbnb
  • Reconciliation — Stripe payouts to Xero invoices
  • Reports — ask questions about your data in plain English
  • Agents — AI agents that run processes for you
  • Caravans — a marketplace of static caravans for sale plus a price estimator
  • Caravan Stock and Owners — your own caravans and pitch owners
  • Account — your details, plan, park setup and integrations

Some items depend on your plan — for example, Communications, Documents, Owners and Caravan Stock are not part of the minimal plan.

The top bar

At the top of the screen you'll find:

  • Add — create a new booking
  • Notifications — the bell with a red badge showing unread notifications
  • Help — a link to this guide
  • Account — your account and the sign-out button

Notifications

The notification bell opens a drawer of everything that needs your attention: new bookings, cancellations and modifications, payment receipts, and daily summaries. New notifications also pop up briefly in the corner of the screen — click one to jump straight to the booking.

Every morning at 7 AM you'll receive a digest: Today's Arrivals, Today's Departures, and any Overdue Payments. See Notifications for the full list.

Offline and on your phone

  • If your connection drops, a banner — "You're offline — some features may be unavailable" — appears until you're back online.
  • BookingFlow is a progressive web app: when your browser offers Install BookingFlow for a better experience, press Install to add it to your desktop or home screen like a native app.
