The Setup Wizard
The first time you sign in to BookingFlow, a full-screen setup wizard welcomes you. It walks you through three short steps: a welcome, importing your existing bookings, and setting up your accommodation types.
The wizard's left sidebar shows where you are:
- Welcome — Get started with BookingFlow
- Import Data — Bring in your existing bookings
- Accommodations — Set up your property types
You only see the wizard once, on your first login. Everything it configures can be changed later — accommodation types from Account → App Setup, and imports from Account → Data Import.
Step 1 — Welcome
Press Get Started to begin. By continuing you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (linked at the bottom of the wizard).
Step 2 — Import Your Data
Bring in your existing bookings to get started faster. The import uses a simple four-step flow — the same one described in Import your existing data:
- Download the CSV template (Download Template)
- Fill In your historic booking data
- Upload the completed CSV (click to choose a file, or drag and drop)
- Done — "Your data is now importing and should be available shortly."
Press Next when the upload succeeds, or Skip this step if you'd rather start from a clean slate and import later.
Step 3 — Set Up Accommodations
Add the types of accommodation your property offers — for example Deluxe Tent, Standard Touring Pitch, or Static Caravan. For each type you give it:
- an Accommodation Name
- a Group (Tent, Room, Tourer, Motorhome or Static — this drives colours and reporting)
- Included People — how many guests the price already covers; extra guests are charged as adults/children/infants when pricing
This is the same form you'll find later under Account → App Setup, so you can add more or edit them at any time.
Press Finish Setup and you're in the app — the Dashboard is your new home page.
What's next?
- Learn how to get around the app
- Set your prices and availability — nothing can be booked until allocation is set
- If you skipped the import, import your bookings now
