Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration mirrors every booking — new, updated and cancelled — into a Google Calendar of your choosing. It's a read-only window onto your park: give staff or other tools access to that calendar and they can see arrivals without needing BookingFlow logins.
The Google Calendar integration is not part of the minimal plan — see Plans.
Connecting
- Open Account → Google Calendar and press Connect to Google Calendar with the Google account that owns (or can access) the calendar you want to use.
- After consent, pick the Calendar to sync to — any calendar that account can see (a dedicated "Park Bookings" calendar is tidier than your personal one).
- Press Link Calendar. Your existing bookings sync immediately ("N existing bookings synced. New bookings will sync automatically.").
The page now shows Connected — Google Calendar with the calendar name and a note that bookings are syncing automatically.
What syncs
| Event | Calendar effect |
|---|---|
| New booking | Event created with the guest and dates |
| Booking modified (dates, guest, accommodation) | Event updated |
| Booking cancelled | Event removed |
Sync is push-based: BookingFlow maintains a watch on the calendar and updates it as things change, no manual re-sync required.
Disconnecting
Disconnect stops the integration (with a confirmation — "Bookings will no longer sync"). Events already in the calendar stay; nothing after that changes.
Tips
- Use a dedicated calendar rather than your personal one — share it with staff or embed it elsewhere without exposing your own diary.
- Don't edit booking events in Google Calendar — the source of truth is BookingFlow, and the next sync will overwrite manual edits.
- Want a printable day sheet instead? Use the Pitch Map's print view — it includes the day's pitch assignments.
