Pitchup
Pitchup is the world's largest camping and caravan booking platform. Connect it once and your Pitchup bookings appear in BookingFlow the moment they're marked paid, while the pitches you're selling on Pitchup reflect your BookingFlow allocation. No more double-entering bookings or manually closing out dates.
The Pitchup integration is not part of the minimal plan — see Plans.
The Setup Wizard
Open Account → Pitchup and press Launch Pitchup Setup Wizard. Four steps:
1. API Key Configuration
Enter your Pitchup API Key (found in your Pitchup account settings) and press Next — it's validated on the spot ("API key validated successfully!").
2. Accommodation Mapping
Map each Pitchup Pitch Type to your BookingFlow accommodation type. This is what makes incoming bookings land on the right type, with the right prices and capacity. Press Add Mapping for each pairing.
3. Webhook Setup
BookingFlow creates a webhook in Pitchup for the booking.mark_paid event —
that's the automation that delivers bookings to you. The chips show Ready
to setup, then Webhook active.
4. Test & Complete
A checklist verifies the API connection, your mappings and the webhook, then confirms: "Your Pitchup integration is ready! Bookings will now sync automatically when marked as paid." Press Complete Setup.
What syncs, automatically
- Bookings in — paid Pitchup bookings arrive as confirmed bookings (source chip: Pitchup) with their guests, dates and party, and decrement your allocation.
- Availability out — changes to your allocation push out to Pitchup, so what Pitchup sells is what you have.
- Manual pull — the Sync Pitchup button on the Allocation page pulls Pitchup bookings and availability on demand and reports what changed ("Pitchup sync: 3 added, 1 updated, 12 unchanged"). A safety net after you change mappings.
Pitchtype Mappings
After setup, the mappings are editable on the same page — add rows, change the accommodation mapping, delete what you no longer sell, then Save Mappings.
Allocation optimisation (premium feature)
"Allow BookingFlow to optimise allocation on Pitchup.com" lets BookingFlow manage your Pitchup allocation automatically to reduce gaps and maximise occupancy. This is a premium feature — on other plans the switch is disabled with a Premium Feature tooltip.
Troubleshooting
