Caravans Marketplace

The Caravans page is a live marketplace for buying static caravans: BookingFlow scrapes fourteen UK dealer and listing sites every night and shows the result here — plus a Price Estimator that works out what any make and model is worth. Subtitle: Browse static caravans from UK listing sites.

Two tabs: Browse Listings and Price Estimator.

Available on every plan

Unlike Caravan Stock and the Owners register, the marketplace is available on all plans.

Browse Listings

Filters

Narrow the market to what fits your park:

  • Price — slider to £100k
  • Dimensions — Length (feet) and Width (feet), min and max
  • Berths — 1–8
  • Year — 2000 to now
  • Make — the makes currently listed
  • Source — which dealer sites to include (Gumtree, Salop Leisure, Lloyds Caravans, Larkham Leisure, Nationwide Caravans, and the rest)

The panel shows how many filters are active and a Reset. Filters are remembered in the page URL, so you can bookmark "28 × 12, 3 berth, under £30k" and check back weekly.

Listings

Each listing card shows the photos (carousel), the dealer chip, the price, the make, model and year, berth and bedroom count, dimensions (in metres), and location — press View Listing to open the dealer's own page.

  • Refresh Listings — force a re-scrape right now; the nightly 6 AM run keeps everything fresh and removes stale listings automatically.
  • Load More — page through 24 at a time.
  • Browse static caravans on Facebook Marketplace — a shortcut to the local second-hand market.

Price Estimator

The second tab answers "what's this caravan worth?" — for your own stock, a purchase, or a trade-in.

Searching

Pick the Make, then Model, then Year (each enables the next); optionally narrow by Length (m), Width (m) and Berths, then Search.

What you get

  1. Market Data — actual comparable sales with links.
  2. Live Listing Analysis — Average, Median and Range across current listings, and how many were comparable.
  3. Depreciation Model — how prices fall with age for that make (annual depreciation %, decay rate, and a fit-quality R² rating — the model warns you when data is thin).
  4. Your Caravan's Value — the predicted value for your year, the observed median, and where yours sits versus the curve ("+8% above").
  5. Depreciation Chart — every listing (dots), the fitted curve, and your caravan marked.
  6. Depreciation Schedule — year-by-year estimated values, annual loss and cumulative percentages, your year highlighted.
tip

Use the estimator when you're negotiating: print the Depreciation Schedule and Market Data tables and you're negotiating from evidence, not vibes.

Buying checklist

  1. Estimate — run the make/model/year through the Price Estimator first.
  2. Browse — set your dimension and berth filters and shortlist.
  3. Compare — check each listing against the estimated value.
  4. Buy — the caravan goes into Caravan Stock and onto a pitch via the Owners register.
