Common problems and quick fixes
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| A night can't be booked in the portal | The night has no allocation or is Paused — set it, or unpause |
| Occupancy chart shows red days | Red means "no allocation set" for those days — press Set Allocation on the Dashboard alert |
| Guest didn't receive the confirmation email | See Didn't receive a confirmation email |
| "No mail provider configured" in Communications | Connect your mailbox — see Email Integration |
| Check-in sent me to the Pitch Map | The guest has no pitch — assign one and they check in automatically |
| Bookings moving dates left availability wrong | Editing dates doesn't return the old nights — cancel and re-create the booking instead |
| An integration page is missing from Account | The integration isn't on your plan — see Plans |
| Pitchup bookings not arriving | Run the wizard's test step; check the webhook shows active — see Pitchup |
| Airbnb bookings not appearing | Check the email connection is live and the listing has a mapping — see Airbnb |
| Xero drafts aren't appearing | Confirm the right organisation is selected — see Xero |
| "Xero refresh token not configured" | Reconnect: Clear Configuration then re-authorise — see Xero |
| Licence generation fails | Usually the template file ID or Drive folder — see Licence Settings |
| App seems stale | Refresh the page; check the offline banner isn't showing ("You're offline") |
| Deleted something by accident | Accommodation types, pitches, caravans and owners are soft-deleted — contact support to restore |

Running a park teaches you things software can't know. Tell us what would make your day easier — email info@bookingflow.app with what you're trying to achieve, not just what you want changed. Many of the features in this guide started as a park owner's email.
