Accommodation Types

Your accommodation types are the level that your pricing or allocation varies. For example: You may offer camping but price a 2-4 man tent differently from a 4-6 man tent, these would be two separate allocation types in Bookingflow.

Add an accommodation type​

Access your account settings by selecting account at the bottom left of the screen. From the account page navigate to the "app setup" section where you will see the option to configure your accommodation types.

  1. Add an accommodation type by entering a new accommodation type at the bottom of the list.
  2. Choose an accommodation group from the list. This will only be used for reporting
  3. Add included individuals - if your accommodation price also includes a certain number of people this will ensure that is accounted for in the cost calculations and they are only charged for additional people. Remember you will need to setup your allocation and prices for each new accommodation type.

Remove an accommodation type​

You can remove an accommodation type type by clicking the x on the right hand side of any pitch type. If you need to recover the data for a pitch type please contact us via the in-app chat or email info@bookingflow.app.
