Loading Historic Data

Once set up BookingFlow will be your tool to capture all future bookings, however to ensure all historic bookings are in the system you can do a one-time load of historic data.

We have made this as simple as possible via our dedicated secure file transfer tool. You can access this via the data import section of your account settings

Upload Steps

1. Download the file template.
2. Open the data in a spreadsheet app and populate the template with your data.
3. Upload the data through the upload form.
4. We then validate the data you provided against our specification if everything looks right then it gets uploaded to our secure servers
5. It can take a minute or two before it appears in the app.
